To really make the most of the day why not do CJ’s musicality workshop

3.30pm - 6.30pm
£25 including entry to evening freestyle

What we aim to do is have people listening to music in greater detail: listening for rhythms within a song, the counter rhythms… melodies, instruments, solos. Once we can hear something, we can dance to it. There will be lots of listening, practical demos and plenty of time for dancing as well as showing some nice moves that encourage hitting the breaks in the music.
